The Others section in the Payment Settings tab allows you to control additional payment, booking, and thank-you page options. These settings help manage deposit payments, booking expiration times, and thank-you page display after an order is completed.


🏦 Deposit Payment Settings

This section allows you to enable partial or full deposit payments before service booking.

Options:

  • Enable Deposit Payment
    Toggle ON/OFF to activate or deactivate the deposit payment feature.
    • ON: Customers must pay a deposit during booking.
    • OFF: No deposit will be required.

  • Types
    Choose the payment type for the deposit.
    • Percentage (%): Calculates the deposit amount as a percentage of the total cost.
    • Fixed Amount: Requires a flat deposit amount regardless of the total cost.

  • Amount
    Enter the deposit amount or percentage (based on the selected type).
    Example:
    • If the type is “Percentage (%)” and amount is 20, then 20% of the total cost will be taken as a deposit.
    • If the type is “Fixed Amount” and amount is 50, a flat $50 deposit will be required.

The amount field cannot be left blank.


⏰ Booking Time Setup

This section manages the time limit for incomplete bookings and handles automatic cleanup of expired bookings.

Options:

  • Type of Time
    Select the time measurement type.
    Options include:
    • Minutes
    • Hours

  • Timeset
    Define how long a booking remains pending before it expires.
    Example: If you set 30 Minutes, the booking will automatically expire if payment is not completed within that time.

  • Auto Delete Expired Order
    Toggle ON/OFF to automatically remove expired booking records.
    • ON: Expired orders will be automatically deleted.
    • OFF: Expired orders will remain in the system.

🎉 Thank You Page Settings

After a booking is completed, this section controls how the Thank You / Order Details page is displayed.

Options:

  • Form Shortcode
    Use this shortcode to display booking order details on any WordPress page: [salonly_orders_details]

  • Display Form in Page
    Select the page where booking order details will be shown after a successful payment.
    Example: You can create a page named Thank You or Order Confirmation, then select it here.

  • Form Position in Page
    Choose how the booking order details are displayed:
    • No Content Only Form: Displays only the order form without page content.
    • Below Page Content: Displays order details below the existing page content.
