The Dashboard is the central overview screen of the Salonly Plugin.
It provides key insights into your booking performance, payment summaries, and overall business statistics — all displayed in an organized and visual format.
🧭 Overview
The Dashboard helps you quickly monitor important booking data, including:
- Total orders and income
- Deposit and due payments
- Payment gateways performance
- Tax and discount summaries
- Real-time charts for visual reporting
You can also filter results by booking status (e.g., Completed, Pending, Cancelled) and time range (e.g., This Month, Last Month).
📈 Booking Overview
Located at the top center, this section displays a line chart summarizing order activity over time.
Features:
- Filter by status: Choose between Completed, Pending, or All bookings.
- Filter by time period: View data for This Month, Last Month, or All Time.
- Chart visualization: Displays Total, Discount, VAT Tax, Deposit, and Due amounts.
This graph provides a quick visual summary of your booking and income trends.
🧾 Booking History
This panel (top right) provides a quick snapshot of your recent booking activities.
Includes:
- Total Orders: Total number of orders within the selected period.
- Total Income: Sum of completed order payments.
- Recent Orders: Displays recent booking entries with customer name and order date.
- View Orders: A quick link to the detailed booking list.
💰 Total Summary
Displays an overview of your financial data using both numeric and pie chart visualization.
Metrics Shown:
- Total Amount – Overall sales amount (before tax and deposit).
- Total Deposit – Total of collected deposits.
- Total Due – Outstanding balance from incomplete payments.
- Total Tax – Sum of tax applied on bookings.
- Total Income – Net income after adjustments.
A pie chart visually represents these metrics for quick understanding.
📦 Orders Summary
This widget summarizes booking statistics based on time periods.
Details:
- Current Month: Orders and income for the ongoing month.
- Today: Orders and income for the current day.
- Last Month: Summary of the previous month’s orders and total income.
- All Time: Cumulative booking history since the plugin installation.
This helps you track monthly or lifetime growth at a glance.
💳 Payment Gateways Summary
Displays income distribution across different payment gateways.
Includes:
- Card (Stripe) – Total transactions completed via Stripe.
- Cash / Offline Payment – Manual payments received at the salon.
- WooCommerce Payment – Payments processed through WooCommerce checkout integration.
Each gateway shows the number of transactions and total earned amount.
