All Booking

The All Booking section in the Salonly Plugin provides a complete overview of all bookings created through your salon’s booking system. It allows administrators to view, manage, and filter all customer bookings efficiently from a single interface.


🧭 Overview

This section displays a list of all customer bookings, including:

  • Booking details (customer info and booking ID)
  • Client name
  • Subtotal, discounts, and total amount
  • Payment status
  • Booking date

You can also filter bookings by date, status, or search manually using keywords such as name, email, or booking ID.


📋 Table Columns Explained

Column NameDescription
Booking DetailsDisplays key details for each booking, including customer email, booking ID, and order date.
NameShows the name of the customer who made the booking.
Sub TotalDisplays the total price before applying discounts or taxes.
DiscountIndicates any discount applied to the booking.
TotalThe final total after discount and tax adjustments.
Payment StatusShows whether the payment has been completed, pending, or failed.
DateThe publication date of the booking (typically when the booking was placed).

⚙️ Filters & Controls

At the top of the booking list, you’ll find several filter options to easily locate specific records.

Available Filters

  • All / Published: View all bookings or only published ones.
  • Date Filter: Select a specific date or range to filter bookings.
  • Status Filter: Filter bookings based on payment or completion status.
  • Custom Date Picker: Choose a manual date (MM/DD/YYYY format).
  • Search Bar: Quickly search bookings by customer name, email, or booking ID.

Bulk Actions

  • Move to Trash: Delete multiple selected bookings at once.
  • Restore / Publish: Manage booking visibility.

To apply any bulk action:

  1. Select one or more bookings using the checkbox.
  2. Choose an action from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Apply to execute.
