Form Settings

The Form Data Settings section in the Salonly Plugin allows you to configure your booking form title, tax settings, and daily booking limits. These options help personalize your booking form display and manage bookings more effectively.

🏷️ Form Information

This section allows you to set the title and subtitle displayed at the top of your booking form.

Options:

• Form Title
  Enter the main title of your booking form.
  Example: Book your Service, Schedule Appointment, or Make a Reservation. Note: Avoid using special characters such as &.
• Form Sub-title
  Provide a short subtitle or description for your booking form.
  Example: It’s time to book your salon service, or Choose your favorite stylist and service. Note: Avoid using special characters.

💰 Tax Settings

This section controls the VAT and tax settings for your booking payments.

Options:

• Disable VAT & Tax
  Toggle ON/OFF to enable or disable the VAT and tax calculation.
  • ON – Hides tax calculation from booking summary.
  • OFF – Enables tax calculation (default).
• VAT Title
  Enter the display title for the tax section.
  Example: VAT & Tax, Sales Tax, or Service Charge. Note: Avoid using special characters.
• Types
  Choose how the tax will be calculated:
  • Percentage (%) – Applies tax as a percentage of the total amount.
  • Flat Rate – Applies a fixed tax amount per booking.
• Amount
  Define the tax amount.
  • If type is Percentage (%): Enter a numeric value such as 20 for 20% tax.
  • If type is Flat Rate: Enter a fixed number such as 10 for $10 tax.
  • Default: 0 (no tax applied).

📅 Daily Booking Settings

This section allows you to control how many bookings can be accepted per day.

Options:

• Enable
  Toggle ON/OFF to activate the daily booking limit feature.
  • ON – Activates daily booking limits.
  • OFF – No daily limit (default).
• Limit
  Set the maximum number of bookings allowed per day.
  • Example: 10 means a maximum of 10 bookings can be accepted daily.
  • Enter 0 for unlimited bookings each day.
